How is Elite Bridal different than other bridal stores?
We strive to provide exceptional customer service and offer the best shopping experience for everyone. In addition to the high quality experience that you will receive at Elite Bridal, you will also find Elite Entertainment, which provides you with every amenity needed to make your special occasion a success. Elite Entertainment provides services including DJ, Uplighting, Chiavari Chairs & Linens, Limousines, and our most popular mobile Photo/Video Booth. Why do I need to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses? 
At Elite Bridal, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment. This allows us to prepare for your appointment and give you the best experience you deserve as a bride. We want to make sure we have a dressing room, stage, and consultant available to assist you. However, we will do our best to accommodate walk-in customers as well!

Does it cost to have an appointment at Elite Bridal? 
No, there is no cost to schedule an appointment with Elite Bridal (with the exception of our Elite Exclusive Sunday appointments, as these appointments cost $25). You can upgrade your appointment to a VIP Appointment, too. A VIP Appointment includes 2 hours of private, stress-free shopping time after normal business hours, an Elite Sales Consultant, a personal assistant, the grand stage with ample seating, drinks and appetizers for your group, score cards, and our exclusive Elite VIP Card!

How long is my appointment?
We schedule bridal and bridesmaid appointments for 1.5 hours and all other appointments for 1 hour.

What should I bring to my appointment? 
Bring pictures of dresses you've seen on our website, in magazines, online or that you've tried on elsewhere. And bring an open mind! We do recommend bringing proper undergarments that you might wear on your wedding day. We do have strapless bras available in the store for you to try on. Lastly, bring your family, friends, cameras and anyone else you will need to say "Yes!" to the dress. We will make this a memorable and exciting event for everyone!

What are the price ranges for your wedding dresses? 
Elite Bridal has a wide range of dresses to choose from. Pricing ranges from $1000-$5000. We also offer discontinued/sale gowns starting at $500 and ranging to $2,000. See our Sale Wedding Gown Section to see the dresses currently in the store that are on sale and/or discontinued. We also have sales and promotions during trunk show and sale weekends.

What size gowns are available for me to try on? 
Our sample bridal gowns range from a size 4 to 32, bridesmaids 6-28, and mothers 8-24. We can order bridal gowns in sizes 0-34, bridesmaids 00-36, and mothers 2-30.

Who should I bring to my appointment? 
Bring the closest friend or family member whose opinion you value the most and with whom you want to share the experience of buying your gown with. There is enough seating for 8 people at each stage. For VIP Appointments, you can bring as many people as you wish, because the store will be closed for you!

What can I expect at my first appointment?
At your first appointment, you will be greeted at the front desk, checked in, shown to your stage, and meet your personal bridal consultant. Your consultant will ask questions to get to know you better and explain the entire process. After that is complete, she will take you on a tour of the store and explain the specifics of each designer. You will then be able to pick out some of your favorite gowns before entering one of our bridal suites. From there, you will begin trying on gowns and showing them off on your private stage. Your consultant will help pull gowns that she thinks will compliment your style and budget until you find "THE" dress!

Which designers can I find at Elite Bridal?  
We carry Stella York, Martina Liana, Kenneth Winston, Pronovias, Willowby by Watters, and Wtoo by Watters for Bridal. We also carry the Everybody Everybride Plus Size line by Stella York, as well as our Separates Collections from Martina Liana and Wtoo by Watters.

For bridesmaids, we carry Adrianna Papell Platinum, Christina Wu Celebration, Colour by Kenneth Winston, Dessy Group, Sorella Vita, and Wtoo by Watters. We carry Adrianna Papell Platinum and Christina Wu Elegance for Mothers and Special Occasion.

You don't have a dress in your store that I've seen. Can you order it for me?
As long as the dress you saw is from a designer listed above, we can order it for you. We can order any gown from the designers we carry. You can always call or email us to ask about the specific gown.

May I take pictures of the gowns while I try them on? 
You may take as many photos as you would like. Make it a memorable experience by capturing photos of the gowns you try on!

Are there incentives for purchasing my bridal gown from Elite Bridal?
Yes! When you order a bridal gown at Elite Bridal you will automatically become an Elite VIP Bride! Once you purchase a bridal gown with us, you will receive a $100 accessory store credit towards any and all accessories at Elite Bridal. You will receive $30 off bridesmaids and mothers, and $50 off full tuxedo rentals. You will also get exclusive discounts with Elite Entertainment, Elite Limos, and other preferred wedding vendors in the area!

How far in advance do I need to buy my gown? 
We recommend allowing 7-9 months to get your dress ordered. This gives you enough time for alterations to be completed and is what we call "the stress-free zone". However, we have several options if you have a shorter time frame. Many of our designers can rush-ship gowns for an extra fee and even have dresses in stock!

We recommend ordering Bridesmaids and Mothers dresses at least 6 months before the wedding. We also recommend selecting your tuxedo styles 4-6 months before your wedding and having all men measured at least 2 months prior to the wedding.

HELP! I’m getting married in less than 4 months – is it too late to get a gown from you? 
No, it's not too late, but every second counts! We have several off-the-rack options provided that they meet your size and color specifications. We also have designers who offer in-stock gowns and rush shipping. A consultant will work with you to determine what will be best for you.

When should I order my veil, headpiece, and/or belt? 
Special order designer veils, headpieces, and belts can take 6 months to come in, so making a decision at the time you order your gown is recommended.

What are your payment options?
We accept Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards. When you purchase your bridal gown, we do require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance has to be paid within 2 weeks of the dress arriving at our store. Everything else must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Does Elite Bridal provide Alterations? 
Elite Bridal provides a list of recommendations for out-of-house alterations.

When should I schedule my first fitting? 
After you receive your dress, it is recommended to schedule your first fitting 2 months before your wedding. Each seamstress is different, so we recommend calling them to discuss your needs 4 months before the wedding.

Will you ship my gown for me? 
Yes! We can ship a dress anywhere within the continental United States for you. Shipping fees of $30 apply.

What if several members of my bridal party do not live in the area? Can they still order dresses from Elite Bridal?
Yes! We will just need them to send us their measurements. We highly recommend they get measured at a nearby bridal store or by a seamstress to ensure a proper fit. Once we receive their measurements, we can help them select the correct size to order. 

What is a trunk show? 
Trunk Shows are a special in-store event when we will have an extended dress selection from a particular designer. The trunk shows only last for 3 days, and appointments fill up quickly! We recommend you book early if one of your favorite designers will be visiting Elite Bridal. If you find the dress of your dreams at a trunk show, be prepared to make a decision that day, as the gown will not be in the store once the trunk show is over. Discounts apply on trunk show merchandise during the trunk show dates only.

VIP Appointments are specialty appointments scheduled after normal business hours to create an intimate setting while you and your family and friends shop for the perfect wedding dress. VIP Appointments can also be used to help find the perfect dresses for your bridesmaids and any other members of your wedding party.

BRIDESMAIDS

Are you ready to place your bridesmaid order? Simply follow the steps below. Call or email us at anytime if you have a question. We are here to help!

1. Get Measured. Have your measurements taken by a professional. You will need to have measurements of your waist, bust, and hips. If you are over 5’7", it is recommended that you order extra length.*

2. Select your size by using the Bridesmaid Size Chart below. Our designers provide a size chart that is used to assist you in selecting a size. The dresses are not custom made to fit your measurements. Your measurements will generally fall in between two to three sizes on the size chart. We suggest that you select the larger of the dress sizes, as it is much easier to take in a dress than to let out a dress. Alterations are almost always needed. Give us a call if you would like our assistance in selecting a size.

3. Call us at 217.363.3050 or email us at Info@EliteBridalShop.com to place your order. 

4. We will then send you an invoice through PayPal where you will pay and sign the terms and conditions. Please make sure you read over everything and that the size, color, and style number are correct on the invoice. You do not need to have a PayPal Account in order to pay the invoice. (Note: Your dress will not be ordered until you have paid.)

Are you ready to order your tuxedo? Simply follow the steps below. Call or email us at anytime if you have a question. We are here to help!

1. Print a copy of our Tuxedo Measurement Form to take with you when you get measured. 

2. Get measured by a professional to ensure a proper fit.*

3. Call in your measurements to us at 217.363.3050, fax in your measurements to 217.363.3052, or email them to us at Info@EliteBridalShop.com. 

4. We will then send you an invoice through PayPal where you will pay and sign the terms and conditions. Please make sure you read over everything and that the size, color, and style number are correct. You do not need to have a Pay Pal Account in order to pay the invoice.
